Abstract: Collaboration and creativity are trendy words nowadays. However, few of us understand them really, and still fewer know how to manage collaborative and creative processes in projects. However, these can yield rich results, but can also kill a project if not managed properly. This seminar will present an overview of the understanding of creativity, discussing the many dimensions that this concept covers. Factors influencing collaborative creativity will be presented, and tools that support such creativity will be presented. You can expect some funny interactive hands-on moments!
