Categories of registration for WADT'06

It is recommended to register electronically as soon as possible, since you will be allowed to change all the details of your registration afterwards at any time. This helps the organisers to plan early according to your most probable needs. In particular, please update your arrival and departure times for planning the transportation to/from the train station Marloie.

The registration must be done in one of the following categories, that will (with the date of reception of the full payment) determine a registration fee.

No discount is available for early departure or late arrival: on the contrary, transportation from/to the station is not included in that case.

All registrations are limited by the capacities of the hotel and conferences rooms.

NORMAL alias INDUSTRIAL

(EARLY euros 1500, or euro 1800 after April 21) for WADT'06 includes:
  1. 3 nights in a double room used as single: 31 May, 1 June, 2 June. Departure is expected on 3 June afternoon.
  2. 3 days of full board: breakfast, coffee break, lunch, tea break, dinner
  3. transportation from and to Marloie (the nearest train station)
  4. the social event and banquet
  5. Internet access
  6. free parking
  7. free access to the tennis courts and basket-ball grounds
  8. right to use mobile phones on the premises
It is open to anyone at any time, including onsite. Many attendees will prefer discounted rates, however.

ACADEMIC

(EARLY: euros 450, or euros 500 between April 21 and May 21) for WADT'06 includes:
  1. 3 nights in a double room used as single: 31 May, 1 June, 2 June. Departure is expected on 3 June afternoon.
  2. 3 days of full board: breakfast, coffee break, lunch, tea break, dinner
  3. transportation from and to Marloie (the nearest train station)
  4. the social event and banquet
  5. Internet access
  6. free parking
  7. free access to the tennis courts and basket-ball grounds
It is reserved to persons affiliated to a non-profit research institution, such as a University. It is not available onsite.

SPONSOR MEMBER

(euros 360, only before April 21) for WADT'06 includes:
  1. 3 nights in a double room used as single: 31 May, 1 June, 2 June. Departure is expected on 3 June afternoon.
  2. 3 days of full board: breakfast, coffee break, lunch, tea break, dinner

    STUDENT

    (euros 300, only before April 15) for WADT'06 includes:

  • transportation from and to Marloie (the nearest train station)
  • the social event and banquet
  • Internet access

  • free access to the tennis courts and basket-ball grounds
  • expected to help the organisation team It is reserved to persons demonstrating work in the field of WADT in a mail that must reach the WADT chair before April 15, and that are registered as full-time students by a University and send the proof by fax before April 15.

    GRANTEE

    (euros 0, only before April 15) for WADT'06 includes:
    1. 3 nights in a shared double room: 31 May, 1 June, 2 June. Departure is expected on 3 June afternoon.

    It is reserved to persons demonstrating work in the field of WADT and financial hardship in a mail that must reach the WADT chair before April 15.

        It is available only to persons invited by the WG1.3 chair.
