Accommodation
Most attendees will be accommodated inside the castle,
in small, modern twin rooms used as single.
Larger flats are available in the conference center.
The castle is located at the edge of the city, in front of the river Ourthe and the woods. It features an open air swimming pool, tennis courts, a basket court, a minigolf, a bowling, snookers, a training path along the river for runners and walkers.
The river can be used for kayaks and rafts. You can rent horses across the river, and bikes at the reception.
Meals
The conference is organised with full board accommodation:
breakfast (buffet), coffie break, lunch, tea break, dinner.
Meeting rooms
The conference centre is a modern building nearby the castle.
There, we will use the room "Sambre et Meuse" (170 m2),
and its cafeteria for the breaks.
Internet connection
We will set up an internet and wireless connection for the duration of the conference.
Shopping and visits
The city contains many tourist shops, restaurants, 3 museums and the ruined old castle.
