Elaboration et mise en oeuvre de modèles, langages et outils supportant l'analyse et la conception de systèmes où des agents (personnes, entreprises, composants informatiques, matériels, etc.), dans un environnement distribué (au travers de réseaux), sont appelés à collaborer en vue de résoudre les problèmes posés dans un cadre organisationnel donné. Dans la perspective de découvrir les concepts en termes desquels les SI coopératifs peuvent être modélisés, deux orientations complémentaires sont actuellement abordées: l'orientation relative à l'ingénierie des besoins ("requirements engineering") dans le contexte des systèmes structurés et l'orientation relative aux situations de coopération construites dynamiquement ou ad hoc (tâches de décision, tâches non routinières)

Elaboration and enactment of models, languages and tools supporting the development and the analysis of composite systems made of heterogeneous agents (human beings, enterprises, software, devices and hardware components, etc.), in a network-based distributed environment, which are required to collaborate in order to solve problems arisen in a specific given organisation. For the purpose of discovering the useful concepts in terms of which cooperative IS can be modelled, two complimentary axes of research are considered: on the one hand, an axis is related to requirements engineering in the context of structured systems and, on the other hand, another axis is related to the study of cooperation situations built dynamically or for some specific purposes (decision tasks, non-routining tasks)
