L'objet de Syrecos est le développement d'un réseau interactif permettant les échanges de compétences et de services parmis les acteurs régionaux. Le réseau supportera le développement régional. La réalisation est basée sur les technologies propres à Internet. Actuellement, deux applications sont en construction, celles-ci concernent d'une part l'exploitation du réseau en vue d'assurer d'une part le marketing, la vente, la diffusion, la mise à jour et l'évaluation des produits et des services de formation professionnelle; d'autre part, la gestion du transfert de technologies parmis les acteurs régionaux.

The purpose of Syrecos is the development of an interactive network enabling skills and services exchanges among regional actors. The network is aimed at supporting the regional development. Realization is based on Internet Technologies. At this time, two applications are under construction : these two will adress the usage of the network on the one hand for the marketing, selling, diffusion, updating and evaluations of professional training products and services; and on the other hand, the management of technology transfer among regional economic actors.
