Online registration
The online registration form allows you to register for the conference and the workshops as well as to reserve an hotel room.
The online registration proceeds in three steps:
- personal data, conference data, hotel data and facilities data are first encoded;
- you are asked to checked them in a second step;
- they are finally recorded in our database while an acknowledgment is emailed to you.
However registration is not complete until payment has been received and confirmed. To that end, links will be provided in order to print and fax us the relevant forms.
Note that, although credit card payment is possible, no credit card numbers will be asked and stored in our database. Instead, you will be asked to fax them to us.
You will receive acknowledgements when your payment has been confirmed and when hotel rooms have been reserved for you. In case you have not received any official notification by e-mail within two weeks after having sent your payment and registration, please contact us at jmj@info.fundp.ac.be.
Fees
The online form lists the fees and automatically calculates your total. The fees are as follows:
- Conference fees:
- regular registration: 300 EUR
- student registration: 200 EUR
These conference fees (both the regular and the student prices) for Coordination'2005 include a copy of the proceedings, the conference reception and banquet, and, from Wednesday April 20th to Friday April 22nd, lunches and coffee breaks.
- Workshop fees:
- regular registration: 75 EUR
- student registration: 50 EUR
The workshop fee (both the regular and the student prices) for the workshops includes the entry to the workshops you will select, a copy of the proceedings for these workshops, and, on Saturday April 23rd, coffee breaks and the lunch.
- Reductions:
- for regular registration: -25 EUR in the case of registration to the conference and to the workshops
- for student registration: -10 EUR in the case of registration to the conference and to the workshops.
Payment
Payments for the conference may be made by credit cards or by bank transfer. Payments for accommodation can be made by cash or by credit cards (see the hotel list for the credit cards accepted in the hotels). However, credit card information is needed to guarantee the room reservation.
Cancellation
Registered participants unable to attend Coordination'2005 or its workshops may ask for refunds. Refunds will be paid at the organiser's discretion. Notifications of cancellation should be submitted by email to jmj@info.fundp.ac.be as soon as possible.
Pending amount
In case it is not received and confirmed before the start of Coordination'2005, payment will be required on site.
Invitations
Registered participants whose registration fee has been paid in full may ask jmj@info.fundp.ac.be for a letter of invitation, as may be required for instance for a visa application. Letters will only be sent by post or fax and only to the individual registered.
